Families trust us with something precious: their child, and their story. This page explains, in plain language, how we think about child safety and how carefully we handle the information you share with us. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice, which covers enquiry data in more detail.
Our starting point
The wellbeing and safety of every child comes first, in everything we do. We aim to be a calm, respectful and protective environment, where children are seen for who they are and where families feel safe to share.
Handling information about a child
Information about a child is sensitive, and we treat it that way. When you enquire, we ask you to share only what is necessary for us to understand how we might help. Inside the centre, access to what you tell us is limited to the team members supporting your child and family. We do not share a child's information with anyone outside the centre except the service providers that simply carry your enquiry to us, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it.
Sharing only what is needed
You are never required to disclose more than you are comfortable with at first contact. Detailed developmental or medical information is best discussed directly with our team, at the point where it genuinely helps us support your child, rather than typed into a web form.
Photographs and media
We ask for a parent's permission before a child appears in any photograph or video we use, and a parent can decline or withdraw that permission at any time.
Raising a concern
If you ever have a concern about your child's safety or wellbeing in relation to the centre, please raise it with us directly and promptly, using the contact details below. We will listen and respond with care.
Our full safeguarding policy
The centre maintains its internal safeguarding practices covering how staff are prepared, how concerns are handled, and how children are kept safe day to day.
